I'm not sure why I felt compelled to write a remembrance today, but I did. Perhaps it has something to do with the "milestone" of 30 years gone.
Your post was wonderful, Trav, and I appreciate the sentiment that moved you to honour JL. For some reason, this year's anniversary hit me harder than usual. I just couldn't put to words what my heart was feeling.
